Keith Roseman has been directly associated with a variety of the building industry’s aspects for the last 25 years. Prior to his college years at Indiana State University, he started framing for a summer job and realized he enjoyed the construction industry. Keith majored in Printing Management and Minored in Business. While earning his degrees at ISU, he worked in the print industry as well as construction during his school breaks.
            After college graduation, he worked for Rand McNally for seven years. He spent his career there as plant estimator and in plant scheduling. His experience in estimating and scheduling proved to be very beneficial assets for running his own construction business.
            At a young age, Keith was offered a sales position for Schreiber Lumber. While there, he used his experience as a framing estimator and scheduler to become an expert in understanding the importance of building with quality products and the structural importance of a building’s envelope. He also learned a great deal about the importance of providing customers with layman-oriented, yet informative updates necessary to make them feel comfortable throughout the construction process.
            As Keith has lead the growth of Renowned Builders, the company has broadened their scope of work to include a wide range of projects beyond just building homes. Renowned Builders is a well-balanced general contracting company that can provide home additions; basement, kitchen and bath remodeling; certified installation of Andersen® Replacement Windows; and light commercial general contracting.
